Be a Real Life Agent with Spy Equipment

When you hear the word spy equipment you would instantly think of the James Bond films where Agent 007 uses high- tech equipments to fight the enemies of the government. In reality though spy equipment are used by organizations like the British Intelligence, American CIA and the FBI. Private investigators also use these spy gadgets.

But did you know that private individuals also need spy equipment? The first reason that comes to mind is a cheating spouse. Basically, spy equipment are also used by people to safeguard their properties. These state of the art gadgets will warn them of intruders.

We can say that spy cameras are the most common form of spy equipment. Surveillance cameras are installed as a security measure in offices and in business establishments to help the owners catch thieves and also unproductive employees. The usefulness of these gadgets has extended to the homes. A screw camera or micro sized video cameras are used by parents to keep a watchful eye on the caregivers. This would ensure that the senior members of the family and the children are free from abusive nannies.

There are body worn cameras that can be attached in sunglasses or baseball caps. These are mostly used by investigators as the subject of surveillance will not be aware of being watched. Audio surveillance equipments consist of hidden microphones in the form of pens and tie clips and wrist watches with built in voice recorders.

If there are surveillance equipment there are also counter surveillance gadgets. This would include bug detectors, phone tap detector and video camera detector. Another counter surveillance gadget is the white noise generator. This would counter act hidden microphones by generating a noise to cover private conversation.

Chemicals just like in the movies are also used as spy equipments. A clue spray leaves an invisible film when sprayed on any surface. Once touched, it will remain on the hands for five days. This can not be removed even with repeated washing.   With a lock out drop, the opponent will not be able to exit from a car or a house as the locks will be inoperable once the lock is injected with this chemical.

Women have to fend for themselves these days. Mirrored sunglasses will enable you to look ahead and still see if someone is following you. A ring with a concentrated pepper spray will render an assailant with visual impairment. An ordinary pen that is fitted with a knife can be a useful weapon.
